Where are you from?
I am from France .

How long have you been studying German?
I learn German for three years now. 

Why did you choose ActiLingua?
I have chosen ActiLingua because they offer the possibility to do an internship in an Austrian company.

What do you especially like about ActiLingua?
I like the different teaching methods as well as the courses, which are really interesting. Besides our teacher are always available and very patient. 

Why did you choose Vienna?
I have chosen Vienna because I plan to live and work in Austria. 

What do you like most about Vienna?
Vienna is a modern, royal and touristic at the same time. People are very friendly and respectful.

What is your favourite place in Vienna?
The “Wiener Ringstraße”.

What is a must-do in Vienna?
One evening in the palace of Schönbrunn including a tour through the castle, a dinner and a concert. A “Mozart evening” in the “Musikverein” as well as a nice walk on the top of “Kahlenberg”.

What do you have to eat or drink in Vienna?
Knödel (dumplings), Stelze (knuckle of pork), the famous “Wiener Schnitzel”, Apfelstrudel (apple strudel) and a piece of “Sachertorte” (typical Austrian chocolate cake) served with an “Einspänner” (specific type of Austrian coffee). 

How many “Schnitzel“ have you eaten already?

What is typically Austrian?
The “Dirndl” and the “Lederhosen” (traditional costume in Austria).

What is your favorite German word?
Freundlich (en: friendly).

What is your summary about Vienna?
I totally understand why the Viennese people love their city. Vienna has so many sights and offers great leisure opportunities. I love this country and hope that I can stay here.
